Shoot them a few times. Take them apart and put them back together. Check the follower for left over swarf or debris. Check the feet of the follower for casting residue or anything else that would prevent it from reaching full depth. Sig P365 mags (all of them, from 10 to 17 rounds, and I have them all) are uniformly stiff when new.

So..if you get a P365 for $500.00 and the Red Dot for $600.00 you now have an $1,100.00 P365 setup.
