Had a lot of MSK questions, quite a few neuro questions, very few OMM, ethics questions had 80% reasonable answer choices, quite a few male tumor questions. So I took my required comsae 107 and got a 495, with my weakest section by far being omm and anatomy. I have 13 days left, and my current plan is to finish Uworld and maybe go over incorrects, finish Pixorize biochem and maybe start and do immuno and the new neuro section if its any good, a few pathoma sections that I have yet, dirty omm and ethics, BnB biostats, and viscerosomatic chart.

Comsae 107 3/20 339 :/ Comsae 111 5/8 417 All I did between the two Comsaes was neuro and endo review and sketchy my 3 main weak areas. This was before dedicated. According to this recent one I was weak in MSK cardio gu and GI. I have been using combank and comquest questions. Between taking COMSAE 109 and 106, I had three weeks and bumped my score up (528 --> 584). During this time, I focused on getting as many UWorld questions (~1200 in this time) in with solid question review and got through Savarese twice. I scored 600+ on 106 and felt level 2 had good mix of wtf and fair questions . Overall felt level 2 was more difficult but in line w how the questions were asked and the vagueness of the wtf questions. This is one reason I do the comsaes!!! I want to feel the agony of the vagueness before test day :')There is also NO WAY I can learn some of the detail that was required to answer some of the questions on COMSAE 105. The upper class men always said that "USMLE is rich in detail, COMLEX rich in breadth". If that COMSAE is a predictor, those tables have turned. I took 106 back in April and got a 324 and then took 107 last week and got a 446. My school wanted me to get a 450 and wouldn’t let me take comlex so I took 109 and got a 380. I really don’t want to have to move my comlex again since I’m already taking it the first week of my rotations.

2. Reply. sixhalfdozen • 3 yr. ago. Level 2 felt really straight forward for me, no curve balls IMO. A few I didn't know diagnosis based off vignette, but I only hit 75% of UW so thats the way the cookie crumbles. My UWSA1 was 260 so I felt ok to not do another test before.
