David Owen will be presenting his post-legislative report as part of the Rapid City Chamber Governmental Affairs committee meeting at 8 a.m. in the Chamber Board Room, 444 N. Mt. Rushmore Road. There is no cost or RSVP for the event.  Our Board of Directors, Governmental Affairs Public Policy Committees and others interested are invited to attend.
