Jasper DesLauriers Joins State Chamber Staff

Jasper DesLauriers has been hired as the new Youth Business Adventure Executive Director. She will take over the program October 1st.  

Jasper grew up in Sioux Falls. This May, she graduated from the University of South Dakota with a B.A. in contemporary media and journalism, specializing in public relations and advertising. During the summer between her junior and senior year of college, she interned for the Public Affairs Department for the South Dakota National Guard in Rapid City. Last fall, she interned in the USD Athletic Marketing Department, working on game day promotions.

“I am thrilled at the opportunity to be a part of the YBA program,” said Jasper. “After experiencing YBA first hand on the Dakota State campus last summer, I saw how greatly it impacts each student, company advisor and educator involved. I am excitedly working on next summer’s programs.”
